Do I need a contractors license or Any Other Special Licensing to start this business? What about permits?

In short, no. Basically you will be cleaning out houses and and getting them ready for market as ordered by the Lender. You will be clearing out all of the belongings left by the previous tenants, getting the place cleaned up and cutting the lawns and hedges. We have yet to find a city where you need a special license to handle these jobs.

Why is your Book 16 pages instead of hundreds of pages like the other guys?

Talk about information over-load!!! You do not, and WILL not need all that info. We keep it short and sweet so you can focus on what's important: GETTING STARTED AND MAKING MONEY QUICKLY! This is the same info we used to build our successful company from the ground up and it is the same info we use daily.

What do I need to Get Started?

You probably have everything you need already. Just some stuff to do a "sales clean" (stuff for cleaning up the inside of a house; window, counter and bathroom cleaner. Maybe a broom, mop and vacuum). Stuff to do a "grass cut"; ( a mower or access to one, a broom or leaf blower, a rake, weed-eater or trimmers and maybe some gloves. For actual "trash out's" you can use or borrow a truck or trailer, or even rent a u-haul (we rent u-haul trucks or trailers. They're really cheap and handle several big jobs).

Is this business Real?

What about insurance?

It is a good idea to have liability insurance for ANY business. Even if you are mopping a floor and someone slips, can they hold you liable? We have found you can easily get liability  insurance coverage of $250k-1M for anywhere from $45-$145 per month. Just search for a provider of "business liability insurance" and ask your current auto insurance carrier if they provide this. Chances are they do, ours did.

Will your Book show me how to get started?

Yes. Our program is 100% complete the same exact methods we have used for 2 1/2 years and still continue to use on a daily basis. You will know exactly what to do after reading the book, watching the DVD or listening to the Audio.

What is not covered in your information?
