Foreclosure Cleanout SuccessMay 12th, 2010With over 300,000 foreclosures happening every month in the U.S., it's no wonder why the banks are hiring people like wildfire to cleanout these foreclosed homes. And believe it or not, the banks have to cleanout these properties...
Did you know the banks can be charged $1K per day for properties needing a cleanout? It is true; as vacant unkempt properties tends to drive down property values even more and it upsets the neighbors. So who does the bank hire for these cleanout jobs? just about anyone willing to do a little hard work. It doesn't take much, but some cleaning supplies and a little know how. Many people (including ourselves) rent out U-Haul trucks for the big cleanout jobs and the rest is handled with some cleaning supplies and lawn cutting equipment.
The work really couldn't be any simpler and the pay is very good. The banks would rather pay you a few thousand dollars to cleanout these properties than to risk paying $30K per month in fines from the city. For more information on getting into the exciting cleanout business, please take a moment to check out this free presentation for more
